Requirements Bachelor's degree and three to five years experience managing a student finance process within an education environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have three to five years experience managing staff to effectively impact financial operations and meet corporate financial objectives. Must have three to five years experience with Title IV programs. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats to perform all functions related to this position. Must have working knowledge of student financial software and operating systems. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial data/reports in order to make recommendations regarding campus performance. Must have the ability to effectively organize and establish priorities. Must be highly motivated and a team player. The work is sedentary, typically employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as paper, books, or notebooks.
