General Duties:

* Staff, supervise, train, and manage an aggressive, goal-oriented student admissions team.
* Set goals for Admissions Department and Representatives
* Partner with the Corporate Advertising Department and provide feedback to ensure steady lead flow.
* Manage lead flow and distribution.
* Oversee student projection, drop rate and retention.
* Manage vacancy scheduling.
* 5- and 30-day student progress tracking.
* Work with Admissions Representatives on student candidate issues.
* Enrollment process including inquiry, phone screen, interview, and enrollment.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ proprietary education experience.
* Post secondary education experience a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire employees.
* MS Office experience. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
