Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the High School Regional Director of Admissions include managing a team of High School Admissions Representatives within an assigned geographical region/portfolio of campuses while reporting directly into a Regional Vice President of Admissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, from a tactical approach; sales training and development, providing guidance and leadership related to meeting and/or exceeding individual and campus specific budgets, assisting with overall admissions management, managing day to day production and activity as well as general morale. Essentially, the High School Regional DOA is responsible for all facets of the admissions/sales process within their specific campuses, ranging from working leads to achieving starts.
General Duties:
* Ensure that the HS Admissions Reps are following policies, processes and procedures. * Train, develop, coach and mentor Admissions Representatives within specific Region/portfolio of Campuses. * Partner with and support respective Regional Vice President with regional hiring needs. * Provide tactical guidance, assistance and leadership to ensure achievement of divisional admissions operational objectives and goals. * Manages and supports High School Representatives with time management. * Responsible in ensuring the Reps maintain acceptable performance standards related to key areas; thorough lead management, appointment setting, conducting interviews, obtaining enrollments, managing conversion rates, show rates and budgeted starts, event management and referral generating activities. * Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and reports. * Adhere to required daily communication(s) with Regional VP. * Conduct weekly regional team conference calls and training(s). * Observe and evaluate HS Admissions Reps on a weekly/monthly basis. * Conduct One-on-One meetings with HS Admissions Reps while visiting campuses. * Conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
Requirements * Admissions experience and prior management experience preferred. * Must possess strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. * Must possess strong management, leadership and organizational skills. * Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor. * Must be self motivated and able to motivate others. * Complete Sales and Customer Service experience a plus. * Must be willing to travel up to 80% on a monthly basis. * Must be able to pay expenses up front and carry expenses until reimbursement arrives. * Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
