General Duties:
* Administer CPAT testing.
* Grade and enter CPAT testing results into computer system.
* Proctor testing for students who missed regular exams.
* Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems.
* Ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
* High School diploma at minimum.
* Excellent customer service, organizational and motivational skills also essential.
