Responsibilities:
* Recruit and enroll prospective students.
* Help prospective students identify their unique skills and interests.
* Guide new applicants through the enrollment process, answering any questions they may have.
* Make all necessary enrollment forms available and assist in completion as needed.
Requirements
* Outgoing, goal-driven individual with strong motivational skills.
* At least 2-3 years’ successful sales-marketing and/or recruiting experience.
* Sales success in a proprietary school admissions environment preferred.
* Proven telephone appointment setting, interviewing, closing, and follow-up skills.
* Effective communication, customer service and motivational abilities.
