Reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition at our Campus Support Center.
Enters all job postings into the Applicant Tracking System (HMS) and posts to external job boards.
Works directly with hiring managers to help source, pre-screen candidates, facilitate interviews and fill requisitions.
Supports all temporary staffing requests by communicating managers’ needs to agencies.
Provides information to applicants regarding application process, employment policies, organization, and open positions.
Manage the Employee Referral Program which encompasses all corporate and campus locations. This includes answering inquiries, researching validity and approving payments.
Responsible for the initial on-boarding process for all new hires. This includes creating offer letters, running background checks, facilitating schedules, and completing new paperwork.
Assist the Director on various special projects as needed.

Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer applications (intermediate to advanced skills on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
2-3 years office experience.
Background in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal clients.
Ability to communicate with all levels of upper management.
