Books and changes travel itineraries. Coordinates meetings, conference rooms, catering, set-up and clean-up. Maintains office supply for Academic Affairs department. Purchasing card responsibilities. Handles and coordinates large printing and reproduction projects for department. Internet research projects. Burns CDs on computer for materials distribution. Monitors, tracks and manages calendars, events, and reports Updates weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Monitors and manages departmental reporting activities.
Requirements 3 to 4 years experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent proficiency in MS-Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Advanced skills in PowerPoint required. Superior reasoning, analytical, planning and time management skills. Superior communications skills (verbal and written). Superior telephone communication skills. Detail oriented, and very organized with superior accuracy. Superior multi-tasking skills in a very active office environment. Email and internet savvy.
