General Duties:

* Provides administrative coordination and scheduling for ATB testing, tutoring and advising.
* Ensures all GED + Program tutoring sessions are scheduled, completed and documented in accordance with the institutional accreditation and company guidelines.
* Ensures that advising happens and tracking is up to date and maintained throughout the duration of the GED + Program shared with Program Directors, Lead Instructors, Re-entry Coordinators, On-line Coordinators.
* Ensures that all advising, student progress and ATB disclosure forms are completed, tracked and documented in accordance with GED + Program policy.
* Maintains individual GED + Program file for each student. Updates all required student records systems.
* Ensures all ATB students are registered for GED + Program.
* Monitors first term retention for GED + Program students.
* Maintains and updates information for local GED test sites and provides material to all ATB students while encouraging students to complete program.
* Communicates with all required departments (Admissions, Academics, Records, etc) to inform and update employees regarding GED + Program guidelines and changes.
* Build trusting relationships with a diverse student population by delivering personalized, constructive, engaging, motivating, and informative sessions on a weekly basis.
* Contact and schedule weekly advising sessions will all assigned students; persistently and proactively attract students to attend advising sessions.
* Improve your skills and manage your performance by pinpointing key areas of growth and actively participating in your own professional development.
* Achieve performance results consistent with campus benchmarks and service delivery expectations.

* Comfortable delivering AND receiving constructive/critical feedback.
* Sharp critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
* Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-through.
* People and project management experience.
* Passion for service.
* Bachelors degree required with evidence of strong academic performance.
