Career education company seeks talented people to lead the way in career placement for our graduates. We are looking for recruiting professionals for opportunities in the area, such as:
Directors of Career Services. Leads a team to help our students meet placement goals. Ensures successful management of employer relationships and job banks that are applicable to graduates’ needs. Responsible for hiring and training a recruiting and externship team to provide career placement and counseling to students and graduates and meet placement goals. Partners with external clients to develop placement strategies.
Candidates must possess the ability to work in a high energy environment and place large volumes of candidates in a short period of time. This role maintains a sense of urgency to meet placement goals. This role provides training and guidance to graduates regarding resume writing, interviewing skills, the application process, organizational dynamics, and open positions in their field.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing 3+ years experience in professional recruiting, temp agency recruiting, career center or human resources.
* Sales experience a plus.
* Strong knowledge of computer applications (advanced skills in Word and Excel).
* Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
* Ability to work with external vendors and internal clients.
* Working with recruiters to achieve specific results.
