Experience supporting financial and Human Resource organizations and working knowledge of their business processes.
Consults with business units to gather information about business needs, objectives, and long-range plans.
Comprehensive understanding and experience with leading the implementation of package solutions.
Maintains operational oversight to ensure applications, operations, services exceed stated Service Level Agreements and consistently meet operational needs of the business units.
Recommends changes in procedures to affect savings in time, labor and other costs, and to improve operating efficiency.
Knowledge of common applications systems analysis and programming methodologies and approaches in order to direct the planning, evaluation, design, development, acquisition, testing and deployment of computer programs or software package implementations.
Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field and/or, relevant equivalent experience is required.
Extensive hands on experience implementing and upgrading PeopleSoft Finance and Human Resource and Payroll modules.
7+ years involving direct supervision of associates and Management of package applications.
Ability to work cross-functionally and interface with all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, project management, and facilitation skills; self-starter, and creative thinker.
Understand and enforcement of IT governance policies and procedures.
