Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing the data exchanges with one specific 3rd party, using Tibco BusinessWorks v5.7 and BusinessEvents v3.0 software. You will respond to support desk tickets related to the integrations, monitor error queues, develop enhancements to the integrations, and work with business units on understanding and managing change to the requirements over time. The work will be split about 50/50 between support and new development.
General Duties:
* Enhance the integration solution for this partner as necessary
* Monitor support queues for issues related to these integrations, and respond to them
* Work with internal customers on new requirements
* Work with business and IT from the 3rd party to design, develop and test new functionality
Requirements
* 2 years of experience with Tibco BusinessWorks is required, any experience with BusinessEvents is recommended
* 4 years of experience in IT, on a development team
* Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and partners at other companies
* Ability to document designs, support operations, and present updates to the partner connectivity team in general.
