Direct the design and delivery of online and instructor-led academics and career services training programs Evaluate and assess the impact of training on business results
Develop annual Academics & Career Services training department budget Manage department spending and expenses
Lead the Academics training team by providing guidance and direction to subordinates and to the Career Services training team through subordinate management o Instill a sense of teamwork, collaboration and connection to overall Organizational Development and company objectives
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the academics management team and employer development management team to insure the course and initiatives delivered meet their needs
Collaborate with Academics and Career Services leadership teams to understand long-range plans and how the training group can support them
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years experience or education in performance technology, designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership development programs, preferably at the corporate level 5+ years management experience Buldling Effective Teams; Customer Focus; Dealing with Ambiguity; Drive for Results; Priority Setting; Motivating Others; Strategic Agility; Decision Quality; Directing Others, Listening, Ethics and Values, Hiring and Staffing
