Job Summary:
The Manager of Print Traffic is a critical post within the Campus Support Center’s Marketing team. The individual will be the primary driver of scheduling for all marketing communication collateral and promotional initiatives born from both the Campus Support Center (Corporate Headquarters) and the campuses (field). The individual will be responsible for employing pipeline management best practices and tools to prioritize and deliver all projects on time.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the prioritization and timing of all communication projects related to the 106 campuses across the US and Canada. This may include student collateral materials, on-premise promotional materials, international recruitment materials, high school recruitment materials, etc.
* Work with Project Management and Creative Team on all project briefs which clearly outline detailed timelines for each project.
* Continually evaluates and improves processes for more efficient output.
* Partners with Print Production Manager to deliver print ready files
Requirements
* BA/BS required
* 5-10 years of traffic experience either within a large consumer based company or an advertising agency (working on a large account, 10 Million plus).
* 2-3 years of managing some staff.
* Competency of traffic and print production principles
* A proven track record of managing a large number of projects at one time without compromise.
* Build and manage successful processes and tools (Gantt charts and traffic process).
* Success working with various teams to complete each project
* Manage and gain respect from team members

* Superb organizational and communication skills.
