General Duties:
* Reception (Answering multi-line telephone, transferring calls, greeting all guests).
* Data Entry.
* Maintaining accurate tracking record of daily inquiries, leads, and enrollments as instructed by the Director of Admissions.
* Maintain inventory for Student Store.
* Maintain a comfortable and organized lobby area.
* Provide tours of the campus.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* 2+ years experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team Player.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Good written, verbal and phone skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and reliability.
* Fast learner with the ability to multi-task.
* Detail oriented & problem solver.
* Must be able to work some weekends.
