The successful candidate will plan and organize work, manage schedules via outlook, and answer telephone calls.
Exercise good judgement in setting task priorities and feel comfortable with working with little direction.
Requires scheduling and travel planning ability.
Must be self-motivated, professional, tactful, and have strong accuracy skils.
Meeting planning.
Knowledge of company policies and procedures, department functions in performing duties.
Communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written format with leaders and employees at all levels.
Manage multiple activities concurrently.
Maintain VP calendar, schedule appointments, travel planning, expense report support, documentation support of business processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years secretarial or administrative experience required.
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Ability to manage projects independently and anticipate needs of position.
Ability to operate with minimal direction from supervisors.
Knowledge and experience in use of general and specific office related technology including binding equipment, scanning, faxing, printing, and copier equipment.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Pays close attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Background in Real Estate preferred.
