Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the High School Regional Director of Presenters include managing a team of High School Presenters within an assigned geographical region while reporting directly into a Regional Vice President of Admissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, from a tactical approach; presenter/sales training and development, providing guidance and leadership related to meeting and/or exceeding individual and region specific budgets, managing day to day production and activity as well as general morale. Essentially, the High School Regional DOA of Presenters is responsible for all facets of the high school presentation process within their specific region, ranging from territory management to exceeding budgets.

General Duties:

* Ensure that the High School Presenters are following policies, processes and procedures.
* Train, develop, coach and mentor High School Presenters within an assigned Region supporting a portfolio of campuses.
* Partner with and support respective Regional Vice President with regional hiring needs.
* Provide tactical guidance, assistance and leadership to ensure achievement of divisional admissions operational objectives and goals.
* Manages and supports High School Presenters with time management and territory management.
* Responsible for ensuring the High School Presenters maintain acceptable performance standards related to key areas; High School development, High School Visits, High School Presentations and lead generation, thorough lead management, event management and referral generating activities.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and reports.
* Adhere to required daily communication(s) with Regional VP.
* Conduct weekly regional team conference calls and training(s).
* Observe and evaluate High School Presenters on a weekly/monthly basis.
* Ensure High School Presenters are maximizing territory in relation to; high schools, college fairs, career nights, local events, etc.
* Conduct One-on-one meetings with Presenters during field and/or campus visits.
* Conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner at all times.

Requirements
* High School Presenter experience and prior management experience preferred.
* Must possess strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
* Must possess strong management, leadership and organizational skills.
* Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
* Must be self motivated and able to motivate others.
* Complete Sales and Customer Service experience a plus.
* Must be willing to travel up to 80% on a monthly basis.
* Must be able to pay expenses up front and carry expenses until reimbursement arrives.
* Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
