Provides direction and Career Services expertise in the management of placement rates, compliance, accreditation and, verification audits to provide opportunities for improvement.
Targets and visits under performing schools, identifies their placement challenges and assists schools in improving their placement targets.
Assists schools in achieving targeted minimum CCi placement rates as set by the North American Director, Career Services.
Develops and implements effective ways to promote Career Services to employees, students, alumni, new business and agencies.
Assists Senior Director in developing new strategies for assisting all qualified graduates in their job seeking efforts through career development workshops in resume and portfolio development, career goal assessment, interviewing techniques, and personal appearance.
Provides clear and detailed training assistance to schools through one on one assistance or training seminars.
Communicates CCi placement policy and procedures to field personnel.
Conducts audits to ensure that all placement related data is entered into the Company designated electronic record keeping system on an accurate and timely basis.
Complies with all governmental regulation and standards of accreditation as they relate to placing students.
Conducts detailed campus visit reports for distribution to field.
Produces forecasting, variance, audit and other weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
75% travel required.
Must have excellent communications skills in English, both written and spoken.
Microsoft Office.
Must have a strong skill set in territory and account management.
Three + years business experience, plus experience in the field of education, preferably adult learning environment.
A minimum of 2 year management experience.
